3. No affiliation with the developer or builders

This is an independent website operated by Magaly Moreno, a Florida licensed REALTOR® with Premiere Plus Realty. It is not the official website of, and it is not sponsored, endorsed, approved or reviewed by, Forestar, Star Farms of Naples, the Town of Big Cypress, Collier Enterprises, Lennar, Taylor Morrison, any home builder, any homeowners or community association, the Big Cypress Stewardship District, Collier County or any other government agency. Magaly Moreno and Premiere Plus Realty are not the developer of any community described on this site.

Names, brands and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the projects and organizations being discussed.

4. Community plans can change

Master plans, entitlements, acreage, phasing, lot layouts, amenities, roadways, school sites, commercial components, association structures and district assessments are subject to change, amendment, delay or cancellation. Anything described on this site as planned, proposed, conceptual, coming, future or under consideration is not a promise that it will be built, offered or completed. Nothing on this site guarantees future development.

5. Pricing and availability must be verified

Home prices, lot premiums, incentives, fees, association dues, district assessments, taxes, insurance costs, floor plans, square footage, inventory and availability change frequently and are controlled by builders, sellers and public agencies rather than by this website. Any figure appearing here is provided for general reference and may be out of date. You must independently verify all material information with the builder, the seller, recorded community documents, Collier County records and the Big Cypress Stewardship District before relying on it for a purchase decision.

6. Representative and conceptual imagery

Photographs and illustrations on this site are used to communicate setting, character and lifestyle. Except where a caption specifically states otherwise, images are representative lifestyle or conceptual imagery and do not depict actual homes, actual amenities, actual streetscapes or completed areas of Star Farms of Naples or the Town of Big Cypress. The orientation diagram on this site is an original simplified sketch created for explanation only. It is not to scale and it is not an official map, survey, plat or master plan exhibit.

7. A note about similarly named communities

Forestar has developed a separate community called Star Farms at Lakewood Ranch in the Bradenton area of Manatee County, Florida. That community is not the subject of this website. Its builders, floor plans, pricing, amenities, association documents and images do not apply to Star Farms of Naples. Please check the location of any material you find online before relying on it.

8. No professional advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, financial, mortgage, insurance, appraisal, engineering, environmental, construction or investment advice. Real estate decisions carry financial and legal consequences. You should consult qualified professionals of your own choosing before entering into any contract or making any purchase.

9. Real estate brokerage relationship

Contacting Magaly Moreno through this website does not by itself create a brokerage relationship or an agency relationship. Any such relationship is created only through a written agreement that complies with Florida law. Builders may also have their own registration procedures that affect whether an outside REALTOR® may represent a buyer at a particular community, and those procedures are set by the builder, not by this website.
